Weight Lifting: Legs Routine


Dumbells @ 35 lbs.

  • Weighted Squats – 4 x 10
  • Weighted Calf Raises – 4 x 20
  • Weighted Lunges – 4 x 10

Weight squats @ 35 lbs. is actually a pretty good burn for me. Lots of controlled breathing, grunting and pushing. I love using 35 lbs. dumbells right now. My arms can support that much weight now. >=]

Barbell @ 70 lbs.

  • Back Squats – 4 x 10
  • Back Lunges – 4 x 10
