E3 is one of the largest video game expos of the year and it’s right here in Los Angeles. It’s a cool way of checking out the new technology that video games will use in the future. Who doesn’t love getting a sneak peak of new stuff. Unfortunately, E3 is closed to the public. You have to be part of the gaming industry to qualify to attend E3. Not just that but it costs almost a thousand dollars for the 3 day event. Even if it were public, I might have to pass on this due to the cost. Still though, the idea of checking out new video games is always fun. I like all of the stuff that you can try out and sometimes people dress up as video game characters, which is always fun. I would also like to attend the conferences there to watch and learn about what’s coming out. Getting on the ground floor of new things is always exciting.
CES is another technology convention that I would like to go to. Check out the oculus rift, google glasses and latest smartphones. These conventions would be so fun to attend. Naturally being curious and inquisitive are both good positive character traits that we should all explore and nurture. Going to these conventions and anything else in life is are experiences that help us grow and evolve as human being. So that is why I wish that I could go to E3 and beyond.
